Lying undiscovered

A mother is reunited with her son 20 years after his disappearance as a toddler. But, as the action moves backwards and forwards in time, there is a dawning realisation that this may not be the joyous meeting that it appears to be.

What happened to a baby that disappeared 17 years ago and suddenly reappears? What has he been through, how and why did he disappear, and is it really him…?
