⋆˙⟡┆four starsi heart kurt vonnegut!!! this was so silly and felt like a fever dream and honestly you're just kinda like what-the-fuck-is-going-on for half the time because truly ... what the fuck is going on. it's entertaining and so fast paced, i literally could not put it down. i took my kindle on a walk with me. it was glued to my hand. my eyes were glued to the words. lots of stickiness going on here.on a more serious note, there's some interesting exploration of free will and science vs. religion. why do people believe in a god when there's no proof one ever existed? why are some of them so caught up in their religious beliefs that they can't open their eyes to a bit of science if it contradicts their beliefs? can there ever really be a solid balance?great themes, great story, great time. go read a kurt vonnegut for your own mental health.── .✦ pre-readit’s a two books at once week 🙂↕️ i read kurt vonnegut’s short story collection for english in my senior year of high school so i’m excited to see what one of his full length novels is like!
