Nope. This was not it for me. It makes me want to go back to the first book and give it a higher rating because there was such an abrupt departure from sweet Hallmark holiday romance to whatever this was. It was too insta-lovey for me and much too focused on the *super cringey* spicy bits than any sort of real plot. One star is honestly rounding up and only because I have to to rate it.
