View AllABSOLUTELY adored this book!! I found it so fun to see how Mr. Lemoncello got started. And man did he have quite an imagination even at a young age! I absolutely loved the adventures that take place throughout this book along with all the fun games and ideas that he cooked up, some of which ultimately made it into other books. Having him work at the carnival clearly was exactly where he needed to be and I actually liked that this book came before the rest of the series. It puts the rest of the books into perspective and makes me really want to reread the entire series. If you love the Lemoncello series, this book will NOT disappoint. If you like humor, adventure, games and puzzles, definitely the book for you!! He was remembering something Professor Marvelmous had told him on his last day in the booth: Keep striving to do things for other people, Luigi. Not because of who they are or what they might do in return. Do it because of who you are! Pg. 211
