Well I cried a little too much because of this book 💔.I was genuinely scared to get into it because of all the mixed reviews I've seen about it everywhere, even from some of my friends. But I still decided to read it because I wanted to make my own opinion on it.And I am so happy I did it. It was such a simple, yet beautiful read. The writing was simple, easy to read, fast paced, quick to understand. Some people tends to forget that this is a translation, yet it was so well translated (in my opinion) in a way that you could easily understand what was happening. The first story wasn't that enjoyable for me (which is why I gave this book a 4 star instead of 5) but the three other chapters ?? So amazingly beautiful and heartbreaking in their own ways. I definitely do not regret picking this book up.

This book wasn't for me. I didnt like how everything you met someone new you had to get invested again into their stories. It pulled me out of the book multiple times.

This is 3.5 for me.It was nice. I liked it enough. But it wasn't addicting or phenomenal to me. However I might be the wrong crowd cause I'm enough mental disorders into a lack of emotions. The 3rd and 4th story had me thinking a bit. Its definitely more magical realism than fantasy. It also didn't have some the time travel explained well enough and other parts repeated too often. It's wasn't bad. It wasn't amazing. It was just good. Will I read the next book? Probably yeah.
