Not for me but would suit anyone wanting a very simple easy to read murder mystery. I picked the book because it was set where I lived but that was the only interest for me unfortunately. The cover quote was "fast paced with clever twists". I wouldn't consider there to be any particular twist just standard detective reveals nor were they particularly clever. The pattern between the killings was obvious after the second murder but the detectives took until the final quarter to see it. A lot of jumping to conclusions by the detectives.I could skim read it and get the gist. Mediocre.
