Description
Devotees of Mercedes’ kaleidoscopic oeuvre will greet this new gathering as an event; lovers of world poetry new to her work will delight in the layers of concentric etymology and passion that infuse Mercedes’ prose. In ONO, indigenous Maori speech is illuminated through the subconscious of the observer, the meditations of the traveller, and the sensuality of the wanderer. Count ONO as a radiant addition to any poetry lover’s bookshelf.
