Reviews

So far I have really enjoyed the lightlark series but the love triangle is too much for me. Like there is going to be a 5th book... but this book really opened up my perspective of both grim and oros povs and why they both love isla the way they do. Even if you really like one better this book really allows you to sympathiese with the other pov and understand how isla was a saviour to both of them - because they been through so much hardship. I absolutely loved this book and I would recommend it to those who liked the lightlark series.

Grim side:
When I decided that this would be my read in the plane to/from my wedding, I didn't expect the amount of sexual tension. Not bad thing but wasn't expecting so much consecutive sex scenes. Thankfully I was wearing noise cancelling headphones and I managed to control my expressions. Good at home read, not for travel. 😋

Mood: dark · atmospheric Pacing: fast-paced Focus: character-driven · plot-driven Content Warnings: sexual-content

Not often you get the MMC point of view, especially not 2 that make you question whos side you are on. Loved seeing both fall for Isla, one fighting it, one waiting for her to remember
