Pattern of Behavior: A Short Story Collection

The first short story collection by Shamus-award winning nominee Bishop shows that he is a talented and diverse storyteller. Bishop writes from his experiences as a detective for the LAPD. In "Pattern of Behavior", a Fey Croaker novella written for this collection, Fey and her new partner take on a rapist whose past is about to catch up with him. When a flu epidemic strikes, Fey and her crew are stuck chasing a thief with a penchant for Christmas trees in "The Thief of Christmas". And in the Shamus-nominated "Quint and the Braceros", Ramon Quintana goes undercover to find the killer of a Mexican Maria don's son.
