Description
This is a 48-page exhibit book, written in French, of an exhibit entitled "Picasso and the Masters," held on 08 October 2008 to 02 February 2009, at the Grand Palais, National Galleries in Paris. The exhibit had more than 200 works to recount the dialogue between Picasso and the great tradition of painting, such as Velasquez, Goya and Courbet. The book shows photos of a work by one master and then Picasso's work about the same subject.
