Reviews
View AllI should've dnfed this. A jumbled mess of subplots seasoned with boring characters.
I read some other reviews and a lot of people are bashing this book, but you know it depends what you're looking for in a read whether you'll enjoy this or not. Patterson's books have the short chapters which may seem choppy to others, but I enjoy it very much. I read different books at different times during the day. On both of my 15 minute breaks, I can read Patterson books because I'm not getting into a cahpter that last 100 pages and I won't be able to come to some sort of stopping point. This style works for me at that time. I also like that this book is a quick read. Sometimes I don't want to spend a week on a book and I enjoy that I can quickly read a nice book. It's not the best book I've ever read, but it's entertaining, keeps my attention while I'm reading it, and I will read anything that comes out by James Patterson because my interest is piqued by his style, characters, and plotlines.
