3.5With these short spicy novellas, I don't expect much as a lot of them I have read either have too much spice and no plot or plot and zero spice. Then in the worst case there's ones that have neither. Then there is the rare ones that have both. Good spice but a plot that is actually interesting and characters that have depth and you are actually invested in. This is one of those. Saint was an interesting character and he never once lied to Jade. The plot to this was interesting, I found myself actually wanting to know what happened and there wasn't any stupid decisions on the characters part that annoyed me it was paced well it didn't feel rushed yet was still a short read. I definitely recommend if you want a short read with a good plot and decent spice that isn't too in your face.
