EnjoyableI have read a few of Ms Michaels paranormal series and if you want a fast paced shifter story with a bit of a Twist to the lore, then give this a go.There is of a Twist to the bond lore, It's a quick read.Where I wanted more was probably due to the story being a novella, thus not giving as many words to flesh out the world building, but I wanted more about the rogue wolves, and the magical illness that laid waste to the pack which was decimated leaving behind only Rafes soulmate.I also wanted more about our bad witch, and more about the council enforcer sent to deal with the issue of the packs annihilation.We may got more of this in the next edition, which is what happened in my favorite series that Ms. Michaels wrote, The black rose chronicles. By the second book in that series, I was hooked, and I'll be checking out the next in this series to see what else Ms. Michaels has in store for these Wolf Shifters.
