Description
Just about every mystery buff who knows Sherlock Holmes has heard of his older brother Mycroft. Sherlock, a man not given to compliments or exaggerations, proclaimed brother Mycroft his superior - "the most indispensable man in the country" - adding, "Again and again I have taken a problem to him and received an explanation which later proved to be the correct one."
Mycroft Holmes brilliance and mental wizardy, only hinted at in the Sherlock Holmes canon, are the starting points for three exceptional mysteries, A Taste for Honey, Reply Paid and The Notched Hairpin.
