Tell me why this one had me bawling my eyes out one minute and then laughing the next. This book drew me in and forced me to fall in love with the characters. I felt all the emotions for Jessie and Mia and think they deserve the world together. The way that Jessie confessed everything to Mia and confided in her pulled at my heart. I loved that there were friendships made and relationships rebuilt and boundaries put in place. As always Ruth had me in a chokehold and I didn’t want to put this one down. When I wasn’t reading it I was thinking about it. I highly recommend this book if you want to have your heart broken by some characters one chapter and then laugh the next. Run don’t walk to add this one to your TBR!!

Review! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟This book was absolute perfection! This series is going to be one of my lifelong favourites as it has been absolutely stunning from start to finish. Jessie finished off this story perfectly and was the perfect addition to the Scorpions crew. We knew right from what we had read in Dead rinker that there was more to Jessie than meets the eye. The story of the tragedy of his life was just told so well and brought his whole character and his pain to life. His story with Mia is one that, even though he began in tragedy, is one that ends so beautifully. I can not describe how it made my heart jump, and I kicked my feet in so much joy for them. Roll on the next series, I can not wait for my next fix!
