Description

Greyson Wallace was never supposed to come back to Whiskey Falls. When I left my small hometown of Whiskey Falls after my first hit single, I never looked back. There was nothing left for me there other than disappointment, heartbreak, and reminders of my own failures. Now with my career as the top country singer on the line thanks to a rowdy night out, I’m back home to lick my wounds and find stability for my eight-year-old daughter. The town isn’t forgiving. The only woman who’s ever loved me despite my shortcomings won’t even look at me. Her family isn’t understanding. The chemistry between Ella and I is just as strong as ever, but I don’t know if she can see past the hurt at how great we could be. If I’m honest, I don’t know if I can get my life together enough to be everything she deserves.

Second Chance With a Country Star was so good!!! Once I started it, I couldn't put it down and finished it in about six hours. 🙂 Greyson and Ella are such a cute couple and their story was adorable! ❤️ One of my favorite parts of Second Chance With a Country Star was when they were in the back of Greyson's truck under the stars. I love those types of scenes. And this was one of my favorite lines from the book;"Seeing Greyson did things to me it shouldn’t have. I didn’t need him waltzing into the diner, looking like the cover of Country Star Hotties with his ball cap and a sexy shadow of beard growth." Second Chance With a Country Star was the first book of Kimberly's that I've read but after reading it I can't wait for the next book in the Whiskey Falls series and I bought a copy of "Baby, It's Cold Outside" from the link in the back of the book. 🙂
