OMG!!! que fue todo eso?? como terminas el libro así??
Wow! I could not put this down. Wish I had read it sooner. I'm now away to track down the rest of the series.
A Shadow in the Ember was absolutely incredible! This book answered so many questions I had, but somehow also left me with a hundred more.I’m already dying to know what’s coming next in the series. I noticed some similarities to Poppy’s story, but it never felt repetitive; it added depth and perspective that made the world even richer. The story pulled me in from the first page, and I can’t wait to see how all of these threads connect. Jennifer L. Armentrout has done it again—an absolute must-read!
Woah!It started off a little bit slow and I couldn't understand why people kept saying this series was so much better than the original. I spent quite a good chunk of the first half missing Poppy and Casteel. But it definitely built up and became interesting. It was nice to see the world from a different realm and get the back story of the primals. I truly loved it when all the secretes started spilling and there were more interactions with the gods of the court. It was really nice to read a book where the fmc is the one hiding secrets! Very refreshing! Glad that sir Holland made a come back and dropped a shit tonne of lore at the very end - so eager to see what's next and what it means for Poppy and Casteel too.
I have so many questions. I should've waiting until the next book came out to read this.
