"Which came first, the dragon or the egg ?"I really loved this book.I thought the story and world building were really well written and the characters had personality.At first I wasn't too sure about the whole dragon shifter part BUT it turned out great in a way that made sense. I also really liked that the main characters were their own persons before being love interests, they had their own fears and goals and they felt real. The love story is quite touching, especially to me, I loved the forbidden romance aspect of it and how it played out.The humour was an excellent touch as well, it brought some comedic relief that was much needed as the trilogy can get rather dark and heavy sometimes (be warned).
