Description

Suzanne Collinsová majstrovsky prepletá akciu a emócie, pričom čitateľov vtiahne do hlbokého psychologického rozporu Katniss.

Scene: Described so beautifully I could have been there, but so glad I wasnt! The tense dystopian setting was so different from the first, but somehow the same. *****
Characters: This is written so well that I just dont know who to trust. You have the same familiar characters from the first book, but then another later of new characters, that add complexity and depth. *****
Story: Another amazing read, but this one was a little slower than the first to begin with. Stick it out for 3/4 chapters, then it flys away and you cant stop! ****
Recommend?: Yes I would recommend this, great first trilogy for YA readers.

Omg I love this book. I know everything that's going to happen yet I'm so invested in the story. You are sucked into the story and living the events right next to Katniss.

Okay, this this Reread was crazy. I really loved it. While reading the first book I focused more on the parallel between katniss and haymitch. You can see it again here, but I think the the thing I liked the most here is Gale's character. He's definitelly not perfect but he was rebellious from the start. Gale is THE best representation of rebellion. In here you see that katniss she just wants to protect her family. Anyways, no one writes revolution like Suzanne Collins. Par contre, the start was a little bit slow.
