Death isn’t the end. I am. I'm Sarah Kincaid. Like my mother before me, I'm a Soulbreaker - my touch shreds the dead--and my sanity. Five years ago, I had a promising future with a fiance, a college scholarship that took me off the streets, and hope for a different life. A chance encounter with a wandering spirit left me with a murder conviction and a four year stint in a mental hospital.
Now I live in the haunted house that haunts other houses, and scrape by working night shifts at a diner while trying to convince my therapist I'm not dangerous. That is, until the college buddy of a man I rescued calls begging for help. He and his crew are trapped atop a mountain in Mexico, but what I find there leaves more questions. Someone has committed a murder. Someone has unsealed tombs and unleashed spirits better left contained. And in the storms that boil over the mountains, an unearthly force has answered the cries of the dead for Justice.
Now I must find that justice, or face a Goddess's wrath.
