Description
Poetry?! Again?! I know. It's unbelievable. But I can't help it. It hunts me down in the night, while I'm watching tv, while I'm driving, while I'm sleeping . . . you get the picture. I've tried to resist it, but it just keeps coming on. So here it is, my first actual chapbook of poetry. It's not really about nature, but about living in and with nature--even human nature. It's about how nature speaks its wildness into our yards, our walls, our hands. No matter how we try to tame it, it has a "mind' of its own. But it also absorbs our wildness and responds to our care. These poems try to speak sense in the interface between us and nature.
