But I don't need this to remember you." Her face lifted to his with a smile. "How could I forget my future husband?"~˗ˏˋ˗ˏ 4.5 🌟 ● 🫑~God, I'd heard some much about the novelisations adding to the movies and the lore, and my word, were they right. Baby Anakin was so cute, and I loved how this expanded on the relationships between characters who later would be in contact. Or even just ones like Qui-Gon, who unfortunately wouldn't really return (I've only read this thus far. Maybe he returns in AOTC or ROTS). I quite enjoyed the POV of Maul as well. We don't really see him much, even including the Clone Wars TV series, and we definitely don't hear much about this altercation from Maul, apart from his hatred for Obi-Wan for cutting him in half. Really, really good overall. Would recommend.
