Description

In a galaxy teetering on the brink of chaos, whispers of a dark legacy long thought extinguished begin to emerge. As the political landscape grows increasingly perilous, the Galactic Republic finds itself threatened by the ominous presence of the Sith. Darkness looms as a young Jedi, Qui-Gon Jinn, and his apprentice, Obi-Wan Kenobi, embark on a daring mission to protect the endangered planet of Naboo from an impending invasion.

The duo encounters a host of characters, including the spirited Queen Amidala and the enigmatic Jar Jar Binks, each playing pivotal roles in the unfolding saga. As alliances are forged and destinies entwined, the fate of the galaxy hangs in the balance. Qui-Gon senses a great disturbance in the Force, believing that the key to restoring peace may rest in the hands of a seemingly ordinary boy from the desert planet of Tatooine.

As the story unfolds, the struggle between light and dark intensifies, setting the stage for an epic battle that will leave a lasting impact on the galaxy. Characters face choices that will define their paths, while the shadow of the Sith looms ever closer, reminding all that the fight for justice is far from over.

── .✦ He handed her an intricately carved wooden pendant. She studied it a moment, face lowered in shadow, then slipped it around her neck."It's beautiful. But I don't need this to remember you." Her face lifted to his with a smile. "How could I forget my future husband?"~˗ˏˋ˗ˏ 4.5 🌟   ●    🫑~God, I'd heard some much about the novelisations adding to the movies and the lore, and my word, were they right. Baby Anakin was so cute, and I loved how this expanded on the relationships between characters who later would be in contact. Or even just ones like Qui-Gon, who unfortunately wouldn't really return (I've only read this thus far. Maybe he returns in AOTC or ROTS). I quite enjoyed the POV of Maul as well. We don't really see him much, even including the Clone Wars TV series, and we definitely don't hear much about this altercation from Maul, apart from his hatred for Obi-Wan for cutting him in half. Really, really good overall. Would recommend.
