I want to love this book more butttt Mia's character is pretty disturbing considering the way she makes a scene in front of Sebastian's family n always leaving. I wanted to Dnf this book quite a few times.
Seb captured my heart from the moment he appeared in *that* scene at the end of First Down, so I've been eagerly anticipating his book for quite some time. After reading this book, I have to say he might be my favorite Callahan brother! I devoured the books in the Beyond the Play series over a single weekend and completely fell in love with this remarkable family and Grace Reilly's incredible storytelling. Each book in the series stands on its own, perfect for those who prefer not to commit to an entire series. This particular book was not only entertaining and full of spice, but it also tugged at my heartstrings. The reverse grumpy/sunshine trope was executed so beautifully, and it has left me yearning for more books featuring this trope. I feel like I've witnessed significant growth in Grace's storytelling just within the first three books of this series, and now I am eagerly looking forward to her next creation! Izzy Callahan is up next, and she's such a dynamo! I can hardly contain my excitement about what's in store.
