On 2nd August 1990, Iraqi tanks roll into Kuwait. As Saddam Hussein tightens his grip on the city, the western alliance prepares to drive him back to Iraq – unaware that a pre-emptive strike is already under way, much, much closer to home. Saddam declares an ultimatum: pull out of the Gulf or New York will feel the kiss of the Devil’s Breath.
