Jennifer Lynn Barnes did it again! I'm in love with all of her books. 5 star read 🌟. I am so sad that now I have to wait for Glorious Rivals 😭I fell in love with Grayson and Lyra's story growth. Right now they are my favorite and may change depending on how the series progress. Certain things he said was just 🥹 perfect and cute. When they get to the ballroom and he says what he notices about her was 😩 perfect."I'm starting to really have riddles," Lyra said under her breathe. "Funny," Grayson replied, lowering the sword, his silvery-gray eyes coming to rest on hers. "I'm starting to like them.""Give me your eyes, sweetheart.""Do you get to be weak now, Grayson?" Look away from his eyes, Lyra told herself desperately. Look away from him. She didn't. "Do you get to make mistakes now?" She said. Silence stretched between then-living, breathing, aching silence. "Only the ones," Grayson told her, "that are really worth making."Savannah and Rohan pairing, I can totally see them over the course of the series, become enemies-allies-lovers-enemies-lovers. The hair brushing scene was a nice little hint of them coming together and being interested in each other ❤️I genuinely thought that it was going to be Gigi and Knox being a possibility! Didn't see them being thrown out of the competition. I seen Brady from a mile away being the bad guy that it would be Knox helping in some way and Brady showing his true colors. Him still being in the game was a huge slap to the face 😭 like no. Reminds me of Tamlin 💀 Something I didn't see coming was Gigi getting kidnapped 😲😳 like what. Was it Mr. Mimosas?? Who is he? Did he kidnap her or someone else? Alice Hawthorne still being alive, I'm wondering if she is one of the sponsors or maybe Brady's sponsor?! That would be insane. Omg and maybe Alice knows where Callie is and is telling Brady that she will tell him if he wins the Grandest Game. I cannot wait for next summer and reading Glorious Rivals 💜 I need to know EVERYTHING.
