THIS IS BETTER THAN BOOK 1. I love this more than The Jasad Heir. Essiya, my girl. I love love love her character. When she decided she didn't just want to survive for herself but also for Jasad. Her sarcasm throughout this book. When her future and past tangled with each other. I was crying, I was laughing, with her and for her. What a beautiful sacrifice she made. Arin, his mind, his intelligence amaze me. How even with such little information, he can piece all those pieces together. His pain, my pain. His happiness, my happiness. The way he loves Essiya? THE YEARNING!? Sefa & Marek. How could I dare to separate them even more? It stabs me so much. I love their POVs. I love how Sefa character evolves. Marek, my boy. Thank you for your services. The epilogue? It's a crime to end it like that. I need more!
