The Kalen Chronicles: Redemption

Kalen is a young man who finds himself dragged, quite literally, into a world of magic and legends. He is accused by the proud halflings of being a spy for Marrok, the traitorous necromancer who was once the King of Ardenfall's right hand. Proven worthy by a Test of Will, Kalen becomes apprentice to Selwyn, a magic-wielding halfling of great renown, and the two set off on a journey across Lethoria to uncover Kalen's mysterious past and foil Marrok's imminent return. As Kalen unearths the truth of his past, he must come to terms with his failings and embrace the redemptive power of love, friendship, and purpose.
