Description
Pretty, young Anne came to London looking for adventure. In fact, adventure comes looking for her—and finds her immediately at Hyde Park Corner tube station. Anne is present on the platform when a thin man, reeking of mothballs, loses his balance and is electrocuted on the rails.
The Scotland Yard verdict is accidental death. But Anne is not satisfied. After all, who was the man in the brown suit who examined the body? And why did he race off, leaving a cryptic message behind: "17-122 Kilmorden Castle"?

View AllWas really good especially towards the end when everything came together but was quite a bit of a slow read for me!
I can't believe it's over. This book has the perfect amount of mystery and romance in it. It never occurred to me that such genres could mix, but God did I adore the love story going on between those pages. Agatha Christie amuses me one more time with her writing style and how she's able to generate such plot twists that develop in another plot twist as you keep reading. It took so long for me to finish it because I didn't want it to end. I must say I highly recommend this book. It's easy to read, medium paced, and the ending is just so cute. Definitely 5 stars.
