Description

On a sweltering day that seems ideal for a friendly gathering, the atmosphere changes dramatically when ominous clouds roll in, casting a shadow over the festivities. A small town is abruptly thrust into chaos as an eerie mist descends, bringing with it terrifying unknowns. The refreshing summer air quickly turns thick with tension, as residents are confronted with the grim realization that their idyllic day has transformed into a nightmare.

As the mist envelops the area, panic spreads among the townsfolk, who must grapple with the horrors lurking within the fog. Amongst fear and uncertainty, they are faced with not only the external threats posed by the unknown but also the inner turmoil that arises when survival instincts kick in. The struggle for safety becomes a test of human resolve, revealing the fragility of community bonds and the dark potential that lies within.

The only thing good and positive I can really say about the book is that I loved how it ended. Other than that, the style of writing that Stephen King does. It's just not my route. So I think novellas by him or just not my style.
