This is Book 4 in the Alibis Collection of short stories. I accidentally missed out books 2 & 3 and will cycle back to them at some point. A very quick and easy read. Not particularly great but with only 49 pages there wasn't a lot of space to make it anything more.
Promising start,but it quickly unraveled.Forced character introductions and a baffling villain reveal left me scratching my head.
While far better than False Note, this was also pretty bad. The concept is somewhat good, but it would've probably been better as a full length novel, not a short story. So little actually happened, and so much that could've been done with this.
