View AllFeaturing brand-new material and extra pages, these two volumes join the 2006 deluxe edition of The Golden Compass.
This feels much weaker than the golden compass. Lyra feels down graded, with it feeling weird that all of a sudden she needs to be subservient to a boy. I found the frequent POV changes poorly done. Not a fan of this one.
