The Veil

There are spaces between life and death concealed by our day to day lives. On occasion, when the veil between here and there drops, some of us have been allowed a glimpse of that world. The thing about having seen it is, you can’t go back to the time before you knew these things existed. Pallas has been a shut in since a girl went missing on a trip she chaperoned to Mexico. She meets the missing girl's brother, Seth, but he's supposed to be in a coma after injuries sustained while deployed in Iraq. Seth shows up asking for help, but Pallas has seen his body lying in a hospital bed. Is this an imposter, and what is his connection to his sister's disappearance? Follow Pallas back to Mexico as she tries to find the missing girl, and find out if she can lift the veil between the world we live in and the one that's only a breath away.
