Description

In a quaint village nestled in the Irish countryside, a flock of sheep embarks on an unexpected journey of discovery and intrigue. With their beloved shepherd murdered under perplexing circumstances, the sheep take it upon themselves to unravel the mystery. Led by the astute Miss Maple, they employ their unique bovine insight to navigate the twisty paths of suspicion and deception lurking in their pastoral home.

As they face various obstacles, including suspicious villagers and the severity of their own limitations as sheep, the flock learns that unraveling a crime is not solely about intelligence; it requires teamwork, courage, and a touch of humor. Along the way, they delve into philosophical musings about life, death, and the importance of loyalty, all while weaving through the intricacies of human nature.

With its delightful mix of wit and warmth, this tale captures the essence of friendship and the often-overlooked wisdom of the animal world, leaving readers both entertained and contemplative.

It's quirky and unique, but I found trying to keep the sheep straight a bit distracting from the story. The ending I would only give about a 1/2 star to and it ruined the book for me
