Description

Even though Jack is the king of Halloweenland, he feels empty inside. Sally the rag doll wishes she could help, but only has the courage to love him from afar. Then one day Jack finds what he's been longing for when he accidentally discovers Christmastown, and he decides to claim its holiday for his own.

With vampires and ghouls instead of elves as helpers, Jack makes hideous toys and gruesome decorations. Then he hires Lock, Shock, and Barrel -- henchmen for Oogie Boogie, a sack-like creature filled with creepy-crawlies -- to kidnap Sandy Claws.

In her heart, Sally knows Jack's plan is doomed. She watches, helpless, as her beloved takes off on his coffin sleigh. All that night, Jack travels from house to house, terrifying children everywhere. Meanwhile, Sandy Claws is held captive in Oogie Boogie's dungeon along with Sally, captured when she tried to rescue him.

Jack arrives just in time to save them both, shrieking so loudly that Oogie Boogie bursts apart. As Sandy Claws sets out to restore Christmas to its original joyous state, snow begins to fall in Halloweenland. Jack and Sally watch together in amazement, together at last.
