To Bell The Cat

In the second "Orphans of Mars" adventure, the Daughters of Earth Colony are hunted by a cold-blooded bounty hunter from the frozen moon Titan. While she hunts the Daughters, she is herself hunted by the oathbreaker Quasha and the assassin Danalee. Meanwhile, armed with a tracking device, Nerrine seeks out the old rex alone so that she might "bell the cat", only to find that other terrors lurk in the sky and beneath the sea. Ress comes of age, spending a night in the raptor-mad wilderness, and plans her revenge against Nerrine. Plots and perils, secrets and seduction, vengeance and sacrifice all come together in a violent and startling climax.
