Description

Luce finds herself trapped in a world filled with chaos and longing as she is forced to navigate life without Daniel, the love of her life and a fallen angel. Each passing day feels like an eternity, burdened by the weight of their separation. She is haunted by memories of their profound connection and the promise of love that defies the boundaries of time and space. The depths of her soul ache for the reunion that seems increasingly impossible, drawing her deeper into a spiral of despair.

As Luce battles the torment of her isolation, she uncovers dark secrets about her own past and the celestial forces entwined with her destiny. Each revelation brings her closer to understanding the true nature of her relationship with Daniel, yet danger looms at every corner. With fate conspiring against them, Luce must summon the strength to confront her heart's desires and the obstacles that stand in the way of their love, risking everything for a chance to be together once more.

This book is amazing the only thing that stopped me from giving this a full 5 stars, is the cliffhanger. For those of you who haven't read the first book, don't bother with this one until you have read the first book. this is the continuing journey of Luce and Daniel, although you don't get to see much of Daniel in this one.Luce is left for her own protection in yet another school, she is at first treated like a celebrity. now i couldn't figure out why at first but then your told that her story and the one of her past lives with Daniel. Is told as something of a ledgend, i mean can you imaging if romeo and juliet had reincarnated and found each other again fell in love again only to die agian. well this is what its like for Luce, Daniel however gets to watch it all happen over and over and over as Luce is the one Dying not him. so this is how people see Luce.... as a kind of Juliet. In this Book Luce Disovers more about the "shadows" that have been haunting her her whole life. and also find out that she can use them. Now i don't want to give anything away, but what i will tell you is there is a few new characters in this one plus some original ones, however i don't think the characters introduced will be gone soon. which is good because i got to like her new roommate.
