Truly Madly Deeply (Standard Edition)

I am never disappointed by L.J. Shen's books! Row and Cal's chemistry was undeniable! I really felt everything they were feeling. I do wish Row wasnt so mean to Cal tho. It was just a tad too much in my opinion. They both had good personal growth too. I loved Cal's personality. She was funny and quirky. I liked the overall friendship dynamic between Dylan and Cal as well. I loved the ending of this book too. Everything about this was amazing and I am definitely reading the other books in this series!

4.5This is a re-read with the rating staying the same.This was added to my list of books to read again this year to see if after reading them again would I rate them higher or lower.This was exactly as I remembered. Row is such a fantastic MMC and his sarcastic nature is just the way I love my male characters to be. Everything he said had me either biting my lip or laughing. His relationship with his sister is such a joy to read. they were so funny together without even trying.Now I will say I do love Cal its just it took me a little time to warm up to her and then at the end when she did that stupid thing and I wanted to scream at her, but about that bit in particular, I really respected Row making his intentions known and telling her how he feels and that it's all or nothing. Her response is a different story lol.You get a lot of him but what we did see of Tate I loved. love him more since reading his book but I remembered that even before then he was such an interesting character.I am glad I read this again. I will likely read it again at some point. I do love me some Row ;)
