Description

Audrey and Ivy embark on a gripping journey filled with suspense and determination as they seek to uncover the truth behind the tragic death of their classmate, Lola Radcliffe. Their resolve to bring her killer to justice drives them deeper into a maze of secrets and hidden motives within their school.

As they navigate the complexities of friendship and loyalty, Audrey and Ivy must confront their own fears and doubts. With each clue they discover, the weight of their investigation grows heavier, testing their resilience and their bond.

In a world where nothing is as it seems, the duo finds themselves caught between the desire for justice and the potential consequences of their actions. Their quest not only seeks to honor Lola's memory but also pushes them to define what it truly means to fight for what is right.

Apparently I never wrote my review for book 1, oops. However, I wasn't much of a fan of it. Though the mystery was entertaining enough and the school vibes were great enough to read this.I have regrets.I just didn't care. I don't know if its because I've read some steller books since the 1st so my bar has risen or if this was just worse but honestly I was falling asleep. The plot and mystery were all over the place and could of easily been trimmed to a standalone. The multi POV was completely useless and a lie(?) once you get to the awful "plot twist". Like I originally assumed Ivy was the killer but her POV changed that theory. But we could see her thoughts and unless she an amnesia, they are false chapters and felt like a damn waste of time.Genuinely I would of liked this so much more if she was just an innocent party and it was infact the teacher.I have other issues but I don't need to write an essay. Wish I had DNF'd.
