This is indeed such a cozy mystery romance and I loved it! I actually love this whole series! Although, this *can* be read as a standalone mystery. But, I'd really recommend reading all three books because the romance and coziness really builds over time and it is just sooooo enjoyable to enjoy meeting these characters again.
I absolutely love and adore Chance and Violet. They are #couplegoals and I love their chemistry - spicy and non-spicy. This book does contain spice! 🌶️🌶️
Bringing in the new characters in addition to the family was really fun. Everyone's backstory and possible inclusion in the jewel heist added to the mystique and the whodunit vibes!
It's such a chill pace and vibe, but kept my nose in the book because it was so enjoyably cozy and I found myself smiling, not feeling anxious as I do with some mysteries, and just enjoying this plot and relationship.
That doesn't mean I wasn't questioning the mystery! I kept trying to figure out who did it!
My guess is in the forum.....arghhhhhhh. 😵💫
