I should have DNF this one. The story was too slow, and I found the narrator and other cast of characters unlikeable from the beginning.The ending of a thriller should leave a reader with some sense of "oh my God" or "damn, now it all makes sense." I felt unsatisfied by the ending - the cause didn't prove interesting or worthy of the journey it took to get there.
