It handles such a delicate, emotional subject with so much care, and the way it blends that heartbreak into a second‑chance romance felt really beautiful. Colt and Ensley’s connection is already deep from the start, and watching how a tragedy pulls them apart and keeps them apart for ten years was really moving. What stayed with me most was their journey back to themselves and to each other. The forgiveness and the healing… it all felt so tender. If you want something emotional, hopeful, and beautifully written, this one stays with you. This story is book 4 in the series and can be read as a standalone but I think to get the full emphasis of the story you would be better reading the whole series.
