Ozzy, a fourteen-year-old boy living on the outskirts of Portland, Oregon, finds himself grappling with an unusual dilemma. With both of his parents absorbed in their groundbreaking—and rather unconventional—scientific pursuits, he feels abandoned and overwhelmed. As the chaos of his home life spirals out of control, Ozzy realizes that his only hope lies in the mystical realm: he decides to seek the assistance of a wizard.
