Description

As the holiday season nears, Starr Lewis finds herself at a crossroads. Recently jobless and freshly single, she reluctantly returns to her small hometown, a place decorated with memories both cherished and bittersweet. She is greeted by the bustling preparations for her sister’s wedding, a joyous occasion that simultaneously magnifies her own feelings of loneliness.

Navigating the emotional landscape of her past, Starr grapples with uncertainties about her future while reconnecting with old friends and family. Amidst the laughter and love that surround her, she encounters an unexpected spark with someone from her past, reigniting feelings she thought were long buried. This rekindled relationship forces her to reconsider what she truly desires during a time meant for joy and celebration.

With Christmas lights twinkling throughout the town, Starr embarks on a journey of self-discovery and love, realizing that home is not just a place but a feeling. As the holiday unfolds, she learns that sometimes love arrives in the least expected moments, offering hope and warmth during a season that can feel overwhelmingly cold.

In this heartwarming tale, the spirit of Christmas intertwines with themes of family, faith, and personal growth, painting a vibrant picture of what it means to truly come home.

tropes: Brothers best friend, christmas romance, Christian romance.Review: Cute little christmas book. Short book, finished in one sitting. I wish it was a bit longer and the plot seemed like it needed more. But I loved the characters and their relationships were well written and so were their personalities.
