View AllI was lucky enough to win a paperback of this book, and I am very grateful as I have found a new author to follow: I would recommend that you read book 1 first which is Lex [b:Love, Lex|21894625|Love, Lex (The Undergrad Years, #1)|Avery Aster|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1397166183s/21894625.jpg|39834515] In thia book we get to travel along with Taddy who is Jetting to Martinique for a modeling assignment with three of Europe’s hottest magazine photographers—Gustave, Fabian, and Leon— and of course Taddy's Besties Lex,Vive and Blake. If you love the TV series Sex in the City then you will love Avery Aster's books, Seriously, I had another book I was reading but it got left on the kindle a little bit longer because after opening my post and reading the first few pages, I grabbed a copy of the first book Love,Lex and when I finished it, I just had to pick up my new shiny paperback and continue. The beginning just had me in stitches... and that's funny since its basically a plane crash!as you will read in the Synopsis: ...Shit! We’re nose-diving toward Eden Island. I pictured how my New York Times obituary might read when I’m gone, “Taddy Brill, Manhattanite, dethroned descendant of the Austrian House of Brillford royalty, dies at age eighteen, penniless, unloved, and a virgin.” I swear this crap only happens to me. Suddenly, Leon pulls me with Fabian and Gustave. Adrenaline racing through me, our bodies clung as one. We prepared to…crash. In this book you find out more of Taddy's past, how she became emancipated from her parents, boy they deserved to be jailed for the way she was treated, thank goodness for her friends...But Taddy is a survivor and that helps in the predicament she ends up in with this installment of the series. The sex scenes are well written and they are quite hot and steamy. These books are ideal for a holiday read, or a quick pick me up read. It was raining the weekend I read these and I snuggled under a blanket with a cup of tea and lost myself in these books.I look forward to reading the others and Avery Aster's The Manhattanites series and I hope my spoiler free review helps you choose this series to be your next book choice :DPS - this book does contain raunchy sex scenes so its 18+
