After Devolution brings together a range of leading commentators to assess and challenge the first four years of Scotland's new parliament. The record of the parliament, the executive and the wider policy community will be addressed, and the question will be asked: have they lived up to expectations? Policy developments, the extent to which devolution has changed Scotland, and the future prospects for change are covered, as well as the issues relating to institutional politics.
