View AllI think at some point I may need to re-read this. I loved:- Los Angeles- G- Peking Duck- TomorrowI also really enjoyed Returning, but the end caught me super off guard. Lots of reviews have mentioned the lovely metaphors in several stories and I think my brain just was not processing them properly because I feel like maybe I was too stupid for some of them? But this is not the author's fault and I did really enjoy the book as a whole. Very weird and cerebral, not the kind of book you can skim (and not the kind of audiobook you can just "have in the background"). Would recommend.
