Description

Hüküm İmtihanı; hava, ateş, su ve toprağın güçlerine karşı bir dizi eziyet dolu elemental sınavdır ve sadece en tehlikeli suçlular bu cezaya çarptırılır.
Bu sırada Kiva’nın ailesinden şifreli bir mesaj gelir ve içinde tek bir emir vardır: “Ölmesine izin verme. Biz geliyoruz.” İmtihanların zaten hasta olan kraliçeyi öldüreceğini fark eden Kiva, onun yerine gönüllü olarak kendi hayatını tehlikeye atar. I really loved this book and the dark prison atmosphere. I really like Kiva as a person she's been through so much allready.

🏥4.5 stars!💂♀️For me, five star ratings are very rare, but I think this book deserves one. Everyone online is saying how niche and underrated it was, and I wanted to be in the know. And here I am, glad to say that it is worth the hype.🫰FAVOURITE: The plot twists at the end had me SHOOK. Just when I thought it couldn't twist further, it did. Did NOT see that coming. I can't wait for a reread of this book.👍Really loved the characters! Tipp is adorable, Mot is funny and Naari is a memorable side character as well. Obviously, I love our main characters a ton.👍The plot was pretty good. Aside from the plot twists, I also really liked the mystery side plot of the stomach virus (love Tipp's random fascination with rats, by the way).👍An oddly emotional read? I cried like, 6 times. It goes a bit into some deep topics, which I didn't expect, but ended up not minding it.👌The romance was just a bit rushed. Jaren indeed is a bit idiotic and it felt kinda insta-lovey, especially on Jaren's side. But after finishing the whole book, their hasted romance was very much necessary to the plot.👌Some parts of the story were confusing, but it clears up in the end. 👌Liked the writing! Good pacing, good prose. But there was nothing EXCEPTIONAL about it, hence the "okay" category.
