this is my second read of this book, what I like about Ms O'Leary writing, is that she can pull you into her worlds where Alpha military heroes (who are down to earth, but gorgeous too 😘) and women who are just as strong and amazing can whisk you away from the real world, where you forget your problems, and just enjoy the suspense and romance. The storyline for this book, has you in Turkey, to start with, the book starts off with a bang for sure, it was suspenseful and thrilling, and Aiden is Such a great character, his story has a lot of pain in his past.But I love that when we're back in Jasper Creek, and the trouble follows Evie, the girls are just as capable as the military men.there's a Happy ending, but there were a few characters that are not coping with the trauma from the events of this book...mainly Chloe... and that was why I re read this book, as I wanted to read Chloe's books next.all of Ms O'Leary's books are good, so check out all her back catalogue.
