This is the first book in a 15-book series and, as such, it can feel a bit overwhelming; however, The Wheel of Time is not in the top-10 ranking of most fantasy booktubers for no reason. This is proper fantasy, and feels fresh even now, many years after its original release. I’m very glad to have started this journey ☺️Reread 20/10/2024I have enjoyed this book even more on a reread. I was able to understand everything much better and really appreciate all the foreshadowing. This time I’ve mostly listened to the audiobook narrated by Rosamund Pike, and it’s truly outstanding.
