View All4.5 stars this time around. It has lost .5 stars since I last read it about three years ago mainly because I found some parts a bit boring. If it had been around 750 pages rather than 1,000 I would have given it a perfect score. Overall, I’m really enjoying my WoT reread.
I feel like Jordan has figured out what he is doing with this series with this book. It was a slog at the start, but it accelerates into a great adventure. I do wish Jordan was better at developing romance, but I can excuse it at this point.
